Fabrication Southland Pipe employs highly skilled welders and fitters that are certified to ASME Section IX and AWS D1.1. We are able to meet any type of job requirements from Carbon steel to Stainless steel, in sizes from 1” to 144” diameter. We can engineer, fit and weld small or large diameter custom manifolds, wyes, mitered fittings, or what ever intricate design you project calls for. Our full time quality control department will make sure that all fabricated material is per design and dimensionally accurate, thus ensuring a trouble free installation.

Machine Work We can provide machine work including bevel cutting, saw cutting, torch cutting, machine threading, machine roll and cut grooving, and well casing perforations.

Rolling And Forming Including Weld-Bands, Butt-Straps, and Concentric and Eccentric Cones

Protective Linings and Coatings We offer protective linings and coatings including reinforced cement mortar, liquid and fusion bonded epoxy, coal-tar and polyurethane shop primers, and other specialty linings and coatings.

Delivery Southland Pipe prides itself with reliable on time deliveries to your warehouse or jobsite. We can delivery full truck loads or small loads using our own trucks or one of our outside carriers. Our shipping department will provide you with flexible, quality service and accurate material deliveries.

Field Welding If the need may arise, we can provide a fully outfitted field welding rig and certified welder/fitter at a very competitive rate, as a service to our valued customers.
